Schools Congress

Schools Congress is a great opportunity for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal students to talk together and work together to bring about greater understanding in schools of all of the steps that are needed to forge reconciliation. The program is aimed at middle and senior school students, and will focus on combatting racism.

This year's program will focus on addressing, preventing and building resilience against racism. The following dates have been allocated to the 2016 Schools Congress Program. Reconciliation SA is now accepting advanced expressions of interest from schools. Due to potential demand, please limit participation to 6-8 students, identified as school leaders, in the first instance. All expressions of interest should be directed to Mark Waters, State Manger.
